What the message means

Novelio shows this message when the app hits an update mismatch while loading the page.

The screen may say We hit an update mismatch while loading this page. If an automatic retry is available, Novelio reloads the page once after about 5 seconds. If that retry has already run, use Reload this page to try again.

What to do

1. Wait for the automatic retry if it is offered.
2. If the page does not recover, select Reload this page.
3. If it still keeps happening after a reload, wait a moment and reload again.
