Buy Story Sync Scan Credits

Buy additional Story Sync scan credits in Novelio and use them across Free, Basic, Pro, or Worldsmith plans.

You can buy Story Sync scan credits in your account Settings.

Buy credits in Account Settings

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Story Sync Scan Credits.
  3. Choose a package.
  4. Select Checkout.
  5. Complete the purchase in Stripe Checkout.

After checkout, Novelio returns you to the app.

Available credit packages

Current base packages are:

  • 1 credit: $39
  • 3 credits: $99
  • 10 credits: $299

1 credit = 1 full Story Sync scan.

Plan discounts

Subscriber discounts apply to eligible plans:

  • Basic: 10% off
  • Pro: 20% off
  • Worldsmith: 30% off

Purchased credits can be used on all plans whether Free, Basic, Pro, or Worldsmith.

Note: Users on lower tiers might need to prioritize how much of the scan’s full results will be applied to their story file in order to stay within their plan’s character & world limits.

Buying credits from inside Story Sync

If you try to start a scan without an available scan balance, Novelio will prompt you to buy credits. It will then return you to Story Sync so you can continue.
