What records may be retained after account deletion
Learn which limited records may remain after account deletion, including billing, compliance, fraud prevention, security, support, vendor, referral payout, and audit records.
After account deletion, Novelio may retain limited records when required or permitted by law, or when needed to protect the service.
Records that may be retained
Depending on the request, the deletion record may show retained categories such as:
- billing records
- compliance records
- fraud prevention records
- security records
- support records
- vendor records
- referral payout records
- audit records
If your deletion record shows another retained category, refer to the wording on that deletion status record.
What this does not mean
Novelio does not keep your full profile or your authored story and manuscript content as part of those retained records.
Retention timing
