What is deleted when you delete your account
Review what Novelio deletes when you schedule account deletion, including account data, Story Sync records, and authored content.
When account deletion begins, Novelio removes your account data and related authored content tied to that account, while limited retained records may still be kept where required.
Data deleted with your account
The deletion review screen includes these categories:
Account and app data
- profile data
- account settings
- notifications
- saved sorting preferences
- profile images
- saved push notification tokens
Story Sync and manuscript records
- Story Sync activity
- manuscript workflow records tied to the account
AI image records
- AI image history
- AI image storage
- generated image files
Stories
The deletion page also reviews Stories, including story records tied to the account.
Important timing note
Deletion does not begin immediately after you request it.
After verification, there is a 14-day waiting period before deletion begins.
