Cancel your subscription

To cancel a recurring paid subscription, schedule a downgrade to Free from Settings. Lifetime plans are not recurring, so they do not use this flow.

Cancel your subscription

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Subscription.
3. Find your current paid plan.
4. Select Downgrade to Free.
5. Confirm the change in Confirm Downgrade to Free.

What happens after you cancel

In most cases, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

If your subscription is paused, downgrading to Free can end paid access right away.

After that:

• your account moves to Free
• free-plan limits apply
• items over the free-plan limits can become locked until you upgrade or reduce enough content to get back under the limit

Novelio may also show the date your account is scheduled to downgrade.

If you change your mind before the downgrade happens

If the downgrade is only scheduled and your paid term has not ended yet, you can choose another paid plan in Subscription to keep paid access active and remove the scheduled downgrade.

You can also choose Stay on Current Plan if you want to keep the current plan instead of downgrading.
