Update your name, email, or phone number

You can update your name, email, and phone number from Settings.

Update your account details

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Account.
3. In the account form, update Name, Email, or your phone number.
4. Select Save.

If you changed Email, the change is not complete yet. Novelio sends a verify-and-change link to your current email address, and the new email is updated after you confirm that link.

Phone number verification

If you change your phone number, Novelio opens the Update Phone Number modal and sends a verification code to the new phone number.

Enter the code there, then select Save.

If a change does not go through

Check that:

• the email address is entered correctly
• you completed the verification link sent to your current email address if you changed Email
• the phone number is valid
• you can receive the phone verification code if you changed your number
