View billing history and open receipts or invoices
Open Novelio billing history, review transactions, and open available receipts or invoices from the billing table.
You can review your billing history in Settings and open available receipts or invoices from the billing table.
View billing history
- Open Settings.
- Select Billing.
- Review the Billing History table.
The table shows:
- Date
- Description
- Amount
- Receipt
Open receipt or invoice records
If a transaction has a link in the Receipt column, select it to open the available receipt or invoice record in a new tab.
What appears in billing history
Billing history can include:
- subscription charges
- proration charges for plan changes
- Story Sync credit purchases
If you do not see the record you need
If the billing table is empty, Novelio shows No transactions found.
